Biography

Thomas W. James (Michigan Auto Law, Farmington Hills, MI) has been named to Michigan Super Lawyers since 2013 and inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America for 2022. In a truck accident/brain injury case, Tom was offered $25,000 to settle. After turning down the offer, Tom to it to trial and earned a $14.3 million jury verdict. He has an addition nine settlements and verdicts in excess of a million dollars.
