Robert serves as lead trial lawyer at the firm and has received the 2015 Trial Lawyer of the Year in San Diego, the 2014 Los Angeles Top Trial Lawyer under 40, and 2014 Orange County Trial Lawyer of the Year – Young Gun. Since 2012 Robert has tried more than 30 cases to verdict as lead, winning them all with verdicts totaling more than $100 million. He has been selected by Super Lawyers since 2015 and Rising Stars from 2011-2014. His is a member of American Board of Trial Advocates, Consumer Attorneys of California and other local associations.
