In one of his most notable cases, Bob obtained a winning verdict after a six-month jury trial against General Motors (GM), earning him national attention and media coverage, including a segment on 60 Minutes.  He has chronicled the case in his recently released book The Memorandum.  A decade later, Bob was responsible for obtaining the seventh-largest verdict by a jury in U.S. history, according to a report by the National Law Journal, which was also the largest product liability award in the US that year.  Bob has tried more than 100 jury trials with more than 25 of them resulting in multi-million dollar verdicts.  He has been named one of the Top Ten Lawyers in the US by Lawyers USA.
